Rigorous inspection atevery production step

Incoming Material Control (IQC)

All raw materials (metals, resins) are verified against material certificates and tested for hardness and chemical composition.

In-Process QC (IPQC)

Operators and roaming inspectors check dimensions every 2 hours. First-article inspection (FAI) is mandatory before batch runs.

Final QC (OQC)

100% visual inspection and critical dimension CMM checks are performed before packaging to guarantee zero defects.
